Simply because my dog cannot get there quick enough, never looks back when I drop her off and the staff are also genuinely interested in the dogs as 'individuals'!

Rags and Berts have been incredibly patient, understanding and supportive of our very nervous rescue dog. They worked at our pace as well as guided us and now our dog loves daycare and being handled by all the workers. This is down to the atmosphere and expertise of the team that Julie leads. Thank you!

My dog Dylan has been going to Rags&Berts’s since he was a year old he is 4 now. Dylan attends twice a week and as soon as we arrive he doesn’t look back for me he has no hesitation about going in. His behaviour tells me he loves it there with Julia and the team. I never worry about him as I know he is loved and cared for just like he is at home. Dylan and I are truly grateful to Julia and her team and thank them .

My dog Paddy goes 3 times a wk and absolutely loves it! So much love given by all the team, and so much stimulation! He comes home happy and tired. They really are amazing!

We trust them with our dog every time we go away. The dog is always happy when comes back (no mood changes) and also without health issues. The facilities are clean and safe and the employees are always with a smile on their faces and look like they really love taking care of their guests .

Leaving my naughty and sensitive yellow lab, Romeo, every time I go on holiday. He's staying with them for more than 2 weeks each time, and when he comes home he is so tired and doesn't want to leave the place! I trust them blindly.

Rags and Berts is an amazingly friendly where my dog loves to spend her days! Everyone really cares about the dogs and they put lots of work into making sure the dogs in their care are enriched and stimulated, while making sure they get rest. Since the pandemic began they reacted quickly to make the drop-off and collection process COVID-safe which is incredible! I recommend to every person I know who gets a new dog!

I have been taking my dogs to rag and berts for over a year. They absolutely love it and are literally crying to get in as soon as we turn the corner. The staff are wonderful, the environment is fantastic for socialising all types of dogs together in a fun environment with complete monitoring and engagement by the staff with the dogs and they come home happy and tired - just perfect.
