I've done her course and it was fabulous, easy to follow and lots of opportunities to practice on her lovely patient dogs. Highly recommended to do whether you just want to do it as a pet owner or a professional, and get a recognised qualification if you want.

I went to one of Rachels First Aid courses sone time ago. Hugely informative and practical, so much immediate first aid is similar to that with humans and in the same way, if I saw a dog which needed immediate first aid before going to the vets I would have the confidence to do it. Rachel also does a huge amount of lecturing, and assisting in countries where there are volunteers who want to help but do not have the knowledge, so helping the communities and their animals.
