Brilliant service. Fantastic communication as well. We decided to use pups & ponies last minute instead of kennels. The pictures we received while away put our minds at ease seeing our puppies having a great time and we could focus on having a great holiday.

I personally had Pups & Ponies pet services look after my cat whilst I was away, they came in twice a day but whilst away the heatwave hit and so they actually made a couple of extra visits to make sure all was well which I hadn’t asked for and they happily just did it. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, they take care to understand your pets needs and then help you with exactly what you need

Mia and the team are consistent, reliable, professional and most of all a lot of fun! Our dog absolutely loves going out for walks with the P&P gang and they’re fantastic with our other pets when we need a house sit or a pop in. During the warmer period recently they’ve been extremely responsible and shifted things to make sure pups aren’t out walking in dangerous conditions, sometimes shifting up their whole operations fire the day to accommodate. They really do do this for the safety and love of the dogs and I’m sure the dogs feel that - my dog Luna never wants to come home from a P&P walk!!!

I was particularly nervous when looking for someone to help with my two dachshunds. They are at times temperamental characters and I knew it would take someone special for me to feel comfortable with them.
From the moment I met Becky and Mia I knew they were the right team! Super professional and friendly and with a really good understanding of how to work with slightly difficult dachshund temperament!
Both my girls absolutely love their home visits from Becky, and I have complete peace of mind knowing they are well looked after. I love receiving the videos and pics of them having lots of cuddles and treats.

I was really nervous about leaving my dogs with anyone, they are small breed dogs and were nervous. I also had chickens and ponies. Mia came to visit and immediately put me at ease, she is the kindest person and it's clear how much love she has for all animals. I’ve been using Pups & Ponies Pet Services for the last 3 years and couldn’t be happier with their service. I have a large dog who can be quite nervous around others after being attacked in the past, but the team have always been incredibly attentive to my requests and make sure he has the best possible experience, whether on walks or being looked after while we’re on holiday.
It’s clear how much he loves Mia and Meredith, he recognises them instantly and is always excited to see them. They also send me regular pictures and videos while I’m away, which is so reassuring and shows just how happy and well cared for he is.
This is by far the best dog service I’ve ever used, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Pups and Ponies Pet Services are wonderful. They are friendly and helpful and provide various pet care options. They will always try to accommodate a last minute request for a walk or house sit. Dogs are taken to different locations, beaches, parks or forests to experience a range of environments with new smells and sounds. The services include lead and off lead walks and on occasion, visits to a secure field. They also work on aspects of training. The service is excellent, and my dog gets very excited when he sees them.
