We have a nervous rescue dog who has separation anxiety and isn't always good with new people. When Lucy came for the initial meet & greet it was obvious she was the right person to help with visits. She knew exactly what to do and now our dog is always so pleased to see her.

Lucy, Molly and the team been absolutely brilliant with our dog Murphy! We originally used the service for home visits for when Murph was a puppy, and graduated to pack walks. Molly has been brilliant with positive reinforcement and recall training etc on the walks (included in the price!)- perfect for helping with a wilful young Daschund! ;-)
Murphy is now well-rounded, sociable and confident adult dog, and that’s in no small part thanks to PTPS!

Lucy has been fantastic with our rescue puppy from Romania. It has been wonderful to see our litttle Luna grow and develop from a scared, anxious, shaken rescue to a confident young dog full of energy. Thank you so much Lucy, we look forward to seeing you again for classes!

Lucy is a great trainer who uses gentle and positive methods. We took our newest rescue dog to her Paw Award One training class and he gained so much confidence from the course.

We love taking our puppy Willow to training with Puppy Tales Pet Services on a Monday evening. The attention & support we receive is second to none & the fact that they also provide puppy
Packs for chews etc is amazing!!! Not only so we get support at training we also can reach out on FB to show the training being developed or ask advice! HIGHLY recommend!

Lucy is brilliant & really knows her stuff & has a natural ability with all dogs. She is very knowledgable & shares her knowledge with us in 1:1 training. The knowledge she shared about dog body language was particularly useful. Would highly recommend Puppy Tales Pet Services.

Puppy tales have been amazing with our rehomed cockapoo. He has had some behavioural issues from his previous home and they have always worked with us, treating him as if he is one of their own. They really do love dogs and genuinely have their best interests at heart, we cannot thank them enough for the work they have done for us.
