I moved here from Australia with my large, mixed breed, dog Tess. The journey rattled her brain! She’s also been attacked by other dogs since moving to the UK & when I was close to giving up, PUP entered our lives. Their patience, professionalism & complete understanding of Tessa’s challenges has literally saved her life.
Due to my recent health issues, both my dogs are regularly walked by the PUP angels. The team goes above & beyond: we are so grateful!

The PUP team is simply amazing! They’ve been our dog’s behaviourist, walker, and sitter for years now, and we couldn’t be happier. Our rescue dog has gone from anxious and reactive to calm and confident. When we go away, our 3 dogs are cared for like family. We always get updates, photos, and videos — it’s such a comfort knowing he’s in such loving, professional hands. Truly a lifesaver!

Their help with my difficult rescue dog has been immeasurable. I believe that had we not found them, we would have returned him as he was quite feral. 2 and a half years later he is wonderful. Still has issues and we are helping him with this at Jo and Nicks classes. I have learnt so much from them from the huge benefit of sniffy walks to teaching my dog how to be attentive.

Jo, Nick and Lyn have been part of my dogs ‘family’ for five years and quite honestly they have become true friends. Jo and Nick offer so much more than training and behaviour support. They have created the most wonderful community and go above and beyond with all they do. There are walks, trips to the beach and camping holidays with Jo and Nick on hand to offer tips. After my dog had surgery and needed to use a stroller, Jo got in touch and organised a walk for dogs with wheels and those preferring a slow walk. PUPS always has the best interests of dogs at the heart of all that they do.

Both Jo and Nick are amazing. Our dog Travis loves both of them and as a reactive dog the group walks we have been on with them have really changed his behaviour around other dogs. To say it has changed his life would not be overstating facts. He managed to have a run on the beach with a pack of dogs, something he has never been able to do before - we watched with tears in our eyes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing team of humans providing a safe environment and kind positive reinforcement training program from pups to foreign scared dogs. They have a great community spirit organising fabulous free group walks in amazing places and even an annual camp. Not only that all of the team are active volunteers for the charity search and scan and support doglost.co.uk really safe and reassuring environment for any dog or owner to be learning in. I have attended organised sent trailing courses at their fab secure site with my dog amazing loves. Thank you.

My rescue pup staffie Harry has been going to Pups since 5months old, their passion, love and knowledge of dogs is second to none, it is not just an hour, you belong to a community and can ask anything, anytime. They put on great free walk, help all dogs., don't judge dogs or their owners and do some amazing informational fun videos, honestly if their were more Pups there would definitely be so many more happy well adjusted dogs living their best lives, and thus happier owners too. They put on such variety of activities, example, their mantrailing, absolutely wonderful to see the world through your dogs eyes and learn from your dog by having a chance to observe,... Dogs are so much more than a walk around the block, and Pups are just the best at conveying this,... I have met other trainers, these are simply the best, 😊 from Harry the Staffie, 🐾 🐶

From troubled pooches to developing skills PUP are amazing. At their field they don’t just watch dogs play, they care and step in to avoid bad behaviour. I was so impressed by their set up. They are brilliant when we need a dog walker, again more than just walking but caring, playing and training. We have also started Mantrailing with PUP and it’s wonderful to see their instincts focused into something so positive. It’s got its serious side and we are all learning all the time. The team at pup are marvellous humans. Great training ethics with a very safe environment for everyone’s precious dogs. Always my no1 recommendation for all types of struggles from puppy socialisation, recall to fear/guarding /distructive behaviour. Great facilities and good community leaders offering free group beach and woodland trail walks, camps, and hosting local dog shows!.
I’ve enjoyed the courses such as first aid and scent trail/tracking. The whole team are also dedicated charity SAS search and scan volunteers tirelessly dropping everything to assist lost and found pets.
Who would not trust such caring humans like these.
