Our dog Bruno can be very nervous but it was clear that he was treated amazingly at Pip’s Parlour as upon picking him up he was wagging his tail and bouncing around the reception rather than shaking like with previous groomers. Easily the best grooming parlour in the county, highly recommended!

Dusty our Cockapoo had his first visit to Pip's Parlour and we couldn't be happier. He came out smelling lovely and cut exactly how I imagined. Ali is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very welcoming and Dusty absolutely loves her. Highly recommended!

Pips Parlour is so lovely and Ali is so kind and amazing with all the dogs she works with. After having a bad previous experience with my dog, she really took her time and had so much patience with him, and he looked so handsome after his groom I will never use anyone else again. My dog always looks so happy to go and see her as well.

Ali groomer is fantastic with all dogs, my two have bad hearts and Ali is so gentle with them they don't get stressed, I and my dogs trust her completely and would not go anywhere else.

Ali the owner, is such a lovely person. She is excellent with my Cocker Spaniel Tilly. She does a superb job on her coat, cleans her ears, clips her claws and even a face massage and Tillly comes away smelling beautiful. She often has a little bow put on her harness aswell. I wouldn't go any where else. I would and do recommend her. Well done Ali.
