My dog is quite nervous and Mel is good with him, he has a weird fear of hard floors but she accommodates him any way she can! She also has an amazing range of natural treats and supplements. She is so knowledgable and kind, I couldn’t imagine taking Billy anywhere else.

Mellissa has always been good with our cockerpoo Bella.

Phoenix Dog Grooming go above and beyond for my dogs, they always have! Melissa especially has been there for advice, for in between grooms, she is even there if its just something silly I'm worrying about! The grooms are always perfect! And I would never take them anywhere else! My dogs are always ecstatically pleased to see her which I think speaks for itself!
