Pets Paradise is the best pet shop by far, they actually care about every animal & have a wealth of knowledge too, if ever I’ve had a problem I’ve always gone to them first & they’ve always helped me! I highly recommend them & will not go anywhere else! Plus having a dog with anxiety she knows at pets paradise she’s safe & the guys love her so she’s happy to there unlike other places I’ve tried to take her! They come to her & get on the floor with her, wait & she goes to them, which no other store has ever done!!!! By far the best ever pet shop & every should know it!!!

I first went to Pets Paradise in November 2022 when I had very limited knowledge about all things dog. The guys there talked me step by step through everything, including picking out the best bed, best collar and lead for him and the best food to start him on (he was coming from Europe so he had to be put on a new food). Since then, they've helped me so much with my boy, from helping us with our first harness all the way through to now, where three months ago they helped me to wean our dog onto raw food from kibble and wet. They've given great advice too about chew toys, natural treats and other products. They also stock accessories made by a local couple which I think is great. The people at Pets Paradise have helped me such a great deal and are by far the best pet shop I've ever come across.
