We have visited Dr James on a few occasions. He is exceptionally kind and caring, and always got down to our elderly dog on his knees. Everything he did, examinations, acupuncture and surgery was done with utmost professionalism whilst also being so approachable.

I took my Lab to see James at Pet Pain Relief. He listened to Oreo's history and carefully designed a plan to help with his pain. The after care is second to none, James would provide support, review his case and modify the plan to suit Oreo's needs and checks back to ensure it's working. He's brilliant and his knowledge on pain meds, naturals and chemicals, is invaluable.

They have been absolutely invaluable in supporting us and our dog who has had fairly challenging to pinpoint pain issues, and who really struggles with veterinary handling. All aspects of the service have been excellent, including our visit to the clinic, where our dog was very well cared for.

This is an excellent service provided by qualified professionals who genuinely care about your animal’s welfare, keep themselves up to date on medical changes and who value the human caregivers

James is the most caring vet, he goes above and beyond for the animals in his care, my rottie can be a bit of a pain especially when hes in pain, but james always handles him so well and he always gets a waggy tail in the end. Max would also agree james has the best treats.
