Shelly is Casper's favourite person! He's a typical loud, sassy, crazy samoyed, but Shelly who walks him understands him so well and they've built a really lovely relationship. I have no doubt that the whole team will always have Casper's best interests in mind. It's a big deal to leave your dog in the care of someone else, but I know I can trust Paws & Claws.

Paws&Claws are absolutely fantastic! Our two bouncy girls go to play on secure field walks every week and stay when we go away on holiday. Paws&Claws are so great with them and treat them like their own dogs. Thanks to Emily’s training plans we are now the people in the park who get complemented on our dogs recall. A year ago I wouldn’t have believed that was possible and all through fun training games that the whole family can play- I could not recommend more highly and they truly deserve this award

They look after our lovely boy Bertie as if he was one of their own. He absolutely loves his time with them and comes back tired out and happy. It’s obvious from talking to them that they know him so well, we have total confidence in them. He loves them and we think they’re great!

I’d like to vote for the team at Paws & Claws for a slightly different reason to most.
Not only do they provide exceptional care that is driven by strong ethics, they are committed to supporting fellow doggy care providers.
Emily in particular has been a fountain of knowledge for me to tap into to, she is always happy to help and I’ve been happy to refer her to my own clients that have needed some extra support with their doggy.
When you spend every waking moment with dogs it can get a bit lonely at times and Emily has not only been helpful in a professional sense she has become a wonderful friend at the end of the phone for a chat at the end of a long day.
I think it speaks volumes that she and the team approach caring for dogs in such a holistic way that they aim to not only manage their own business to the best of their ability, but also support other providers which raises the standards of the whole industry.

My Luna has been with Emily and the team for close to 18 months now, going out on the field walks and the occasional daycare when needed. These ladies are kind, caring, super professional, and always available to give advice when needed! They look after the dogs in their care as if they were their own, and I wouldn’t take Luna anywhere else!
