I have recently worked for Gemma/ Paws of the vale and I couldn’t praise this business enough! Going into the world of work was scary for me as I’m only 16 but Gemma gave me the training needed and helped me the whole time, preparing me for future jobs. Gemma truly goes above and beyond for all the dogs under her care. A well deserved 5* service! She cares for each dog as if they’re her own and safety is her number 1 priority. Highly recommend! x

I recently used Paws of the Vale for home boarding. What a fabulous service Our! Our dog is always happy to be in the company of Gemma and and so are we as we know Honey is well looked after. Gemma offers a very professional and friendly service. It gives us such a great peace of mind when we have to leave our dog in Paws of the Vale's care. We had to extend our trip and Gemma accommodated us with no trouble at all very last minute! We highly recommend "Paws of the Vale"

Fantastic business, adores the dogs as much as they love her. Always proves feedback at the end of each session. I love how she’s regularly updated Instagram with pictures & videos of our dogs and it’s quite clear they are having the best time. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic company! Our puppy LOVES going to doggy day care with Gemma & the gang. We can just tell Gemma loves each dog like her own, sometimes our puppy is so excited she doesn’t even say bye! Thanks Gemma for all your hard work :)

When we moved to this area, our first priority was finding a daycare for Missy. Gemma came out to the house, met with us and spent time with us and Missy and then did a trial day taking Missy to the daycare and in a group walk. She totally made us comfortable and has recently expanded the business to include overnight boarding which we will absolutely do.

Our dog has been going to Gemma for daycare and dog walks and always has the best time. She shares lovely pictures of the dogs and you can see how much fun they’re having. Reggie always comes home so tired and is so excited to see her again.

Friendly and accommodating staff, go above and beyond for our GSP “Chase”, he loves going out for his walk and senses them coming from a mile off and can not contain his excitement! Truly a dog friendly place !

Lacey loves spending her days at doggy daycare, she loves to be with all the other dog, seeing what she gets up to on Instagram is pretty funny too, she always so excited to hear the van coming down the street and super tired when she gets home.

Gemma and her team are simply the best. Roxy our boxer puppy gets sooooo excited when she sees Gemma every Monday and I know that she comes home shattered from all the fun she has had. Gemma is Vale’s answer to Ceaser the Dog whisperer ! Gemma & her team have helped train, walk & love our 2 dogs, Gemma & her family have taken time to get to know our dogs and help them feel more confident, Our Malumute went to Gemma a very anxious and unsociable dog and he’s now the leader of the pack, happy confident and the big friendly furry mal (not the grumpy mal)

Daschunds by breed can be very difficult and despite Lily's behaviour Gemma and the team take it in their stride. They are always so helpful and friendly and make lily feel safe and happy. I trust them wholeheartedly with my little fur baby and have done for over a year.

I haven't personally had the opportunity to use the company yet but have a friend that does and days they are amazing. I have a puppy now and after she has her vaccinations would love to give them a go to get her more socialised if any spaces are available. I follow the company on instagram and it looks fab and they have nothing but love for the dogs

Gemma at Paws of the Vale goes above & beyond for my puppy, Bruce. He is still learning and leaving him with somebody with experience brings me peace of mind so I can go to work without worrying.
It's clear to see how much Bruce enjoys his time at doggy daycare through photos & videos and he is always so tired afterwards!
Bruce has developed amazing relationships with Gemma & her family - she even messaged to see how Bruce was after being poorly, offering advice & reassurance. We couldn't be without her!
