The prices are very reasonable and descriptions of accommodation accurate and informative. Everything you could need and more is supplied and the dogs are in seventh heaven. Since discovering Pack Holidays it has changed my life being able to get away with all my dogs. I’m about to spend my 4th holiday this year with Pack Holidays!

The property owners are generous in allowing multiple dogs in . There is no 'fuss ' made about dogs inside. Just rules that are a matter of respect for others. Blankets , bedding and towels provided. I also asked for a crate , which was provided. Made things easier when we had a full car !!

Our first time taking our five pooches on holiday was a breeze thanks to Pack Holidays.
The cottage (Oak Cottage, Happisburgh) was beautiful and they had thought of everything.
No ‘oh no there’s no (insert object here)’ on Pack Holidays - they’ve covered every base and will help with any special requirement you might have.
The welcome hamper (including dog biscuits!) was a lovely touch too.
I wouldn’t hesitate to holiday again with this company and would recommend to all dog owners.

Pack Holidays offer dog-centred properties and holidays, not just dog friendly. A lot of companies claiming to offer dog friendly accommodation for self catering holidays have limits e.g. “up to two small well-behaved dogs, for £25 each a week”. What if you have more than 2 dogs? Or your dogs aren’t small? Or, Heavens forfend, they might be reactive and need the right kind of environment to allow their owners to have a relaxing break with them. Pack Holidays know what dogs and their owners need from holiday accommodation and they go out of their way to provide it: the customer service is excellent without being overly ‘corporate’ and they use social media to its best to create a warm community of dog-loving people and their pets. Truly excellent.

The gardens are secure and they let you know if the location is suitable for reactive dogs which is invaluable if you have a special dog. Fantastic accommodation and have used pack holidays for the past 6 years. The accommodation is home from home and added touches like treats/towels for the dogs. Also no extra charges for your dogs and happy to have a number of dogs unlike some places that are restricted to 1 or 2 dogs. Gail who manages the properties is amazing and so efficient with booking & communications before, during & after your stay. Highly recommended and have already booked for next year 2022. :)

We had a fantastic time at Fenside, booked through Pack Holidays and everything we could need was thought of including spare leads, ID tags and a lovely welcome pack that thought of humans and canines alike. It was our first time visiting Norfolk so the information book in the house which covered any questions we had (local walks, where to find things in the house etc) was great. Gail was happy to answer any questions we had and happy to give advice on things, if we needed it. Would recomend Pack Holidays to anyone looking for dog friendly holidays and will be booking again x

“Pack holidays“ is the most fabulous doggy holiday company ever! Most other so called dog friendly places are just about dog tolerant . Pack holidays is so much more. They understand everything about taking dogs on holidays. When you have more than one dog as lots of us do, we want to take all our dogs with us. So many “dog friendly “ places say 1 dog or 2 dogs but if they say 2 dogs or more they assume you are a family of six or eight or more. Some of us are just two people with more than one dog! You try finding places to go on holiday with them! Pack holidays understand this in bucketloads and all are welcome, (people and dogs) at all their properties. Can’t praise them enough for their understanding of us doggy people!

Been on holiday with them 4 times now, most recently in July 2020. The customer service is beyond compare even throughout the tricky Covid lockdown period. Gail & her team go above & beyond to ensure all new protocols are observed and that we were entirely happy with our holiday accommodation even though only just out of lockdown. Nothing no matter how small seems too much trouble and her response time is really quick.
Her property portfolio caters for all types of holiday need from couples, to families to groups of friends and be it seaside, town or broads there is a cottage that works. The cottage details are all incredibly accurate and the dogs are almost more important than us humans.
I wish all 'dog friendly' holiday companies were like this. Sadly they aren't and so we keep returning to Pack holidays and exploring more of Norfolk.
