I have undertaken obd training with my Labrador from puppy to date. I have thoroughly enjoyed the training & have learnt so much! I have enjoyed our 1:1’s & now concentrating on Agility class.

Sophia has help us with our staffy for over a year now with private lessons, Great progress with issues, now in agility classes. couldn't recommend enough, for us it is a bit of a drive to attend but worth it, ftiendly atmosphere, great knowledge and a firm touch has definitely benefited us. thank you Sophia.

My Labrador and I have been attending obedience classes since he was a puppy. Although he is now an adult dog (supposedly!), we both benefit from the new things we keep learning. He simply loves going to school!
Sophia puts the wellbeing of the dogs first and works brilliantly in training the owners, so the dogs are well behaved and happy. Sophia is always learning herself and this brings a real enthusiasm and freshness to her approach. With Sophia, it’s about fun training based on rewards (for the dogs!).
Sophia goes out of her way to support the tricky behavioural issues that can come with any dog. My Lab and I couldn’t recommend Sophia highly enough.

Never gone to dog training before.
Found it very friendly with clear guidance.
So nice to see dogs and owners having fun.
It's a lovely safe site for dogs and the Trainers are sooo good who have lots of patience, understanding and lots of great ideas!

After various sessions with different trainers I tried 121 sessions with Sophia. From the very start she was very professional and caring, taking a well rounded view of my needs, as well as my dogs needs. Following her advice my dog is now world's away from the difficult and challenging dog he was, and the both of us have a much better relationship with each other most importantly outside of the house! (He's a completely different dog inside the house).
Both my dogs have also attended group sessions for agility and hoopers which they have thoroughly enjoyed.
I genuinely don't know where we would be without your help, advice and support, it has been literally life changing. Thank you!

On The Scent in our experience have an extremely warm ethical process and approach to the dog owner and of course the dog! They focus your mindset with the dog so that you have complete alignment. It’s almost like your thinking is what the dog is thinking. Proof is in the pudding, and we can certainly endorse that with how our Border Terrier has progressed and has made us aware at all times that training isn’t just when you attend classes, its the life journey of you and your dog.

On the Scent offers so many types of training, obedience from puppy to adult, agility, gun dog training, hooper's for older dogs, parkour and 1 to 1 sessions.
Sophia is bossy with us adults, but that is what we need!!
