Katie is amazingly knowledgeable and so helpful. McGrumpy's is far more than a pet store. It has everything you might need. Our fogs love visiting for scratches and to choose new toys or delicious treats.

Great little independent shop, not a chain store. Easy parking outside.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Will go out of their way to find the right product for each individual pet. They were super helpful to us when we got our first, precious fur baby, giving us friendly advice and confidence as a new puppy owners. Would definitely recommend this shop to others.

Always so great with my dog gives dedicated private bookings for just yourself and your dog to shop and when I haven’t booked allows my dog to mooch around the shop off lead when no other customers are around which is great as my dog gets stressed with all the smells around and wants to explore cor himself he never takes anything just smells and looks

All the staff are so friendly & knowledgeable. They have helped me so much with my Romanian rescue dog & been so accommodating in store.

Katie, Andrew and their staff are always welcoming and go to any lengths to help you find what you need. One of our dogs have made use of Karen's massage expertise with some positive results. I highly recommend Mcgrumpy and Snuffles.

A store stuffed with everything a dog could possibly want (including a resident cat - though she takes no nonsense). But better than that, the most knowledgeable (vet nutritionist) and friendly staff who will find what’s right for you and your dog, no matter what. And of course dogs can come in and browse for themselves - we even did puppy socialising here though sadly that was pre-Covid. Probably the best pet shop anywhere, highly recommended.

We were introduced to them by our dogs breeder and have been going ever since. Over the last 5 years Katy has helped us with so much, she’s extremely knowledgeable and very very kind. Our dog Riley loves to go in and have a sniff around all the toys and treats and have Katy cuddles. I always recommend her.
