The team are really welcoming for furry friends and their owners. They are extremely knowledgeable about each product and give helpful advice. My dog is rescue and normally hates shops, but they immediately make her feel comfortable. Excellent range of products too. They actively encourage sharing pet love with pics on social media and support the dog show at local events.

Because it's a lovely shop with lots of different lines of food, treats, toys and everything you want or need for your dog. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and I always go there for my dog's food and treats.

Such a friendly helpful shop for pets. Amazing treat options, scales and overall the best around. When our little imperial shih-tzu ran into a rock on the beach they were so helpful to help her out. They know what they are doing through looking after so many of their own. Brilliant !

We have been taking our GSD, Roxie there since she was a puppy! (She’s now 2 years old) From our very first encounter at Mary Puppins they gave amazing and honest advice as well as being incredibly friendly to myself, my husband and of course Roxie.
Roxie absolutely loves going in to visit them (the tasty treats she comes away with is a bonus)

When we rescued our Bosnian street dog, the lovely people at Mary Puppins gave me such brilliant advice. Thanks to them his coat went from dull to glossy in 8 weeks. They were happy to talk to me at length with no expectation to buy. It wasn't about making sales, it was about what was best for my dog. Jack loves the shop. The range of quality treats are amazing and he loves the extra treats and fuss he gets when he's there. The wonderful groomer Janine has also worked wonders with him. The whole package is just amazing!
