We visit the shop every time we come to the area as it is actually a lovely experience for us and our nervous dog. The atmosphere in the shop is extremely calm and welcoming. You know you can fully relax when you go in and you and your pup will be extremely well looked after.

This is an outstanding pet shop, the owner Emma is totally committed to bringing the very best to her doggy clients. The lovely calm environment is great and Emma works well with nervous dogs. I can’t recommend this pet shop enough.

We have visited this boutique many times over the last few years and Emma is a superstar, she sells amazing items and will advise if asked but doesn't push, you can stay on the shop and browse at your leisure but if you have a reactive pet the shop will be closed so that you dog is fully relaxed.

I’ve voted for Marmadukes in Mevagissey because they’re a brilliant local business, offering not only wonderful pet products but also fantastic service for our pup. We’ve visited many times and always enjoyed exploring the store, and even had a private fitting session which made the whole experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. On our last visit we picked up some adorable Cavapoo-shaped treats, which turned into a fun photo challenge for my daughter – little moments like this go such a long way and really show what makes independent stores like Marmadukes so special.

An amazing little business which me and my boy absolutely adored. We particularly liked her range of products, and her locked door sessions for anxious / reactive dogs, which he was. It meant he could have so much fun in the shop choosing anything he wanted and I could relax too. This place is honesty an asset to Mevagissey.

Jenni is so very helpful and kind and is so clear she just loves her four legged customers. We had a lock-in with our 5 dogs and we all just had the best time. It was very clear it was THEIR time and Jenni sat on the floor and spoke to each and every one of our little canine family. Highly recommend a visit here.

I visited when I was on holiday and the owner couldn’t do enough fire myself and my sausage dog Otis. It was a really enjoyable visit in really pleasant surroundings. Well thought out and a joy to visit. I only wish we had a branch in Wales.
