We have had the most wonderful stays here with our 4 dogs and horses. Logie Newton has to be the most dog friendly lodges we have ever stayed in. The gardens are secure, with lots of space for the dogs to play and explore. I love the special touch of the doggy boxes, with such thoughtful contents for your stay, including homemade dog treats, spare leads collars and bowls, tick tweezers to name a few. The hosts really have thought of everything.
Our dogs loved the access to the dog park and the experiences it provided with the wooded area and grassy field. We enjoyed lots of hacking with the horses and dogs alike, through the hills, woods, field and pond. There is so much to see and do.
A special touch was our visit to the alpacas and Valais black nose sheep, which we were allowed to bring the dogs down nearby. This was an amazing experience for all of us involved and allowed the young pups to see something new!
Cannot recommend Logie Newton enough! We already have our next stay booked, with our little puppy eagerly awaiting her very first visit! 🌟

Hands down the best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful lodges , stunning scenery, miles of woodland , water & field walking access , staff that could not possibly be anymore attentive - time spent with your dogs (& even more unique horses) cannot be beaten but here it’s just magical.

Perfect place for humans, dogs and horses. Louise has thought of everything for your dog - from safe enclosed private gardens to a large enclosed dog play area to the dogs own throws on the settess, dog bowls and treats provided. Even shampoo.

We have stayed regularly at Logie Newton Lodges and can honestly say they offer truly dog friendly facilities. The variety of walks, the enclosed exercise area along with the the wonderful dog treats and luxurious surroundings make it ideal for dog lovers. Host Louise also provides great recommendations for doggie outings and pampering and on hand to answer any queries. A special place to stay where everything has been thought out and maintained carefully.
