Best dog friendly hotel ever!

We felt at home from the moment we arrived.

The pet-friendly bedrooms are very comfortable, ground floor rooms with direct access to large gardens (17 acres) and even a beach with plenty of options for dog walking. The views from the room are incredible, looking out over the bay to the hills and islands beyond.

We received in our room dog essentials including towels and treats.

There is an allocated section of the restaurant where you can take your (well behaved) pooch and you must reserve a table in advance. They have a rule 3 Barks and you’re out (of the restaurant).

We have been 4 times to Loch Melfort Hotel and now it is an annual must.

We can't wait for our next visit.

Had a great 3 day summer break package D,B&B in dog friendly ground floor room. Dog dish, towel and some welcome treats provided, direct exit patio type door to walk paths and small dog friendly area off main dining room for "accompanied" guests. Oh.. the meals were excellent as well!

Truly live up to being dog friendly. Owners not only have a nice room , the pup has his own amenities and treats. Staff welcome and fuss over the pet. It is a stress free stay
