Our Rex loves his visits to the Keg! He is always welcomed in to a fresh bowl of water, treat and fusses!
He has his photo proudly displayed on their doggy regulars photo board too.
John and Lou are brilliant with humans and dogs alike, they've built such a wonderful place with a great atmosphere!

Possibly the most dog friendly pub ever! My dogs enjoyed their little biscuit & water break there before & there are always lots of four legged customers who I enjoy speaking with every time I visit! 🐾🐾

It’s always very dog friendly here , we used to take our 2 cockers Stella & Sheba and we have taken Dylan a few times .

A very Dog friendly place ( 5 stars from me and my dog)
All dogs are made to feel welcome in the Keg just as much as the pet owners.
Every dog is offered water and a treat or two. Also available are dog mats and a quiet dog corner if your dog isn’t too confident they can rest with you there. They sell a good variety of doggy treats so they can enjoy an extra treat while you are there too. There’s a wall for doggy visitors photos which is displayed in the dog corner which is a lovely idea.
Atmosphere is very friendly from Staff and all Keg customers.
From the very first visit you and your dog feel so comfortable and welcome 🐶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always a genuine welcome to dog and owner, water bowls offered as soon as you enter, treats given (after permission requested from owner) selection of dog blankets and more enquiries about the dog's welfare than ours! They even tolerate the odd whiffy odour from the wrong end of our old boy.

Nothing is a problem when here with a dog, even dripping wet on winter days, towels are made available for drying, treats and water sometimes quicker than my beer 🍺

Great pub with a welcoming atmosphere. There is always a good variety of drinks available to suit everyones taste and you can even take your dog with you ! definitely worth a visit

Dogs are always welcomed with bowls of fresh water and plenty of fuss and dog treats. They even sell special doggie treat items at the bar.
There is fun a photo board of all the "regulars" and they have even held funny dog photos competitions. This really is a dog friendly area. And the beer isn't too bad either 😉!

Super welcoming to all 2 legged and 4 legged customers. Lovely atmosphere and Lou and John can't do enough to make sure any dogs in attendance get a bowl of water and a treat. Florence, our 6 Month Old Cocker spaniel gets excited when she sees the place. And of course has her photo on their wall.

The Keg is a brilliant place for dog owners, dogs are always treated well with a bowl of water and a biscuit. Blankets or cooling mats are available for comfort. There is a wall with photos of regulars dogs on it.
