Jane Is a brilliant groomer. She groomed my Susie like a Princess. Susie loved her. Jane Is compassionate meticulous and looks after the well being of her dogs whilst they are being groomed. My new little toy poodle called Lizzie I will be takng to Jane for her grooming. I would recommend Jane highly as she is trust worthy at all times

After several failed grooms, Jane has been a godsend. My boy has extremely sensitive feet and doesn't like heights. He has needed desensitisation and patience, which Jane has provided in abundance. She is great with my gorgeous boy so much so that she gets lots of kisses and cuddles as an appreciation from Chester. Every time he goes in the car now, he thinks we are going to see Jane. Plus he now jumps on the table as soon as he goes in the room. He just loves the 1 to 1 time. Thanks Jane.

We had rescued a dog from Serbia in May grom an awful kill pound. He was very nervous & anxious about being touched my strangers & especially being groomed..
He has been to Jane 3 times now for shorter sessions to get him used to going. Jane has been brilliant with him treating him with kindness & understanding of his traumas he's experienced.Taking it at his pace..

Not only calm and peaceful for my two dogs who have seperation anxiety and reactivity she also helped me with my anxieties by giving updates of how they were during their groom which helped me a lot. Both enjoyed their groom. She does not tether and allows them to roam if they wish to. She is marvellous with the dogs they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and looked gorgeous afterwards even earned a good doggie bow and plenty of treats from her treat jar. I hope she is successful as she deserves it.

Jane is very welcoming to both myself and my cocker spaniel. Pampering her since she was a puppy she doesn’t rush anything, always at the puppy’s speed. Plus gives advice and support where needed. Jane is amazing!!

My rescue dog Rosie was nervous at first but now loves going to see Jane. Rosie rushes through the door and plants herself on the grooming table with lots of wagging. Jane has empathy with dogs and puts them at ease. She is amazing.

Was fantastic with Tiberius who is an extremely nervous dog. He would go in with a muzzle on and when I picked him up he would have his muzzle off, and looked a handsome groomed fella who was happy, tail wagging and most importantly calm. She is amazing.

Buddy had a really bad experience at his first groomers. Apprehensive with going to another but found Jane and she is amazing. Restraint free grooming at his own pace. Would highly recommend Jane to anyone needing a supportive service. She is very knowledgeable to the dogs needs.

Jane the Dog Groomer in the Broads, both our dogs love their time spent with her. Having baths and alternating monthly groom's in our opinion Jane is a 100% committed to the comfort and safety of the dogs and nothing comes before that.

Jane is very good with Teddy , every time he sees her he grows in confidence. Jane is very friendly and is also a behaviourist. She is patient and understands what your dog needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

We would travel from Birmingham, so our senior Westie Scampi could have a comfortable stress free groom. We discovered Jane whilst on holiday, Scamp loved her. Sadly he’s crossed the rainbow bridge. Jane will now take on our new pup Casper for his grooming. We wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Jane is a consent based groomer and so always puts the dog first. Our puppy Ozzy is really enjoying his sessions with her and I’m confident Jane will help him to be confident around the equipment and being handled, making the whole grooming experience positive for him.

My dog is an Assistance Dog who I rely on every day. Taking her to someone who isn’t going to string her up on some sort of torture device but actually take the time to understand my dogs needs and work at her pace is an absolute no-brainer as far as I’m concerned. My dog does my best for me every single day, so why wouldn’t I do the best for her?

We are so glad we found Jane - we would have struggled bathing and grooming our big, boisterous rescue! And all consent based - no tying up in unnatural positions and grooming whether the dog was happy or not! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The fact we travel 60 plus miles each way to get our Rosie posie groomed by Jane tells you how good she is and how much Rosie loves her , wouldn’t trust any one else with our doggy , and I dont think rosie would let anyone else groom her either . Jane always goes the extra mile .
