Hydro Paws helped us so much with getting our puppy comfortable in water. Sarah was absolutely incredible with him when he was nervous about getting in and it gave us so much reassurance knowing that our puppy was going to be comfortable swimming and that is reassurance that we take with us on every dog walk.

The Hydro Paws team were so good in helping keep our dog Paddy keep active and strong for three years after his orthopaedic surgery. He attended regularly and the benefits of hydrotherapy were very clear to us. Hydro Paws Sarah was welcoming (to us as well as the patient!), communicated readily about his progress and listened to him too đ He was never rushed and enjoyed his warm shower afterwards. Sarah is always calm and professional, delivering excellent individualised care and attention to her clients and their owners along with a healthy sense of humour. The whole team work together cohesively to deliver a great service (Floss too!) and we would not hesitate to highly recommend HydroPaws!

Excellent, friendly service. Our dog has quite bad arthritis in all four legs and the hydrotherapy sessions with Sarah are keeping her mobile and maintaining muscle, as she canât walk very far.

Since we moved to Sussex (in April 2026), our goal was to find a âhydro poolâ for our boy âBusterâ. In steps Sarah of âHydro Pawsâ. Sarah is fantastic, she gives her undivided attention to the dogs in her care. Sarah takes care of your treasured âdogâ and helps them with their rehabilitation.

Our much adored Gus really enjoyed his hydrotherapy sessions with Sarah. She was instrumental in getting him back to his full on Jack Russell self post knee surgery. He loved it so much that we then visited for fun and fitness sessions. Lovely, relaxed but professional set up.

We are so pleased we found sarah for our dachshund wilbur. Wilbur suffers from back problems and swimming has helped him tremendously and has been a godsend. Sarah is so gentle with him, and the environment is so calm and welcoming on a whole. Sarah's mum is sometimes there to, who is also so lovely.

Charlie is our 14 1/2 year old westie. He has hip dysplasia and back leg issues. He absolutely loves his hydro every week with Sarah! She is very kind and gentle with him and itâs because of her knowledge and understanding about what he needs that helps keep him mobile outside the pool. This young gentleman is doing very well and yesterday he was out running up on the South Downs, itâs great to see!

Our boy Monty has been taking swimming classes with Sarah since 2025, and itâs been such a joy to watch. Sarahâs patience and warmth helped Monty work through his early uncertainty in the water, and it wasnât long before he was swimming confidently and having a blast. As dog parents, we couldnât be prouder of his progress, and weâre so grateful to Sarah and the Hydro Paws team for their care. Highly recommend!

My dog Buster goes to Hydro paws and her care and services have truly made a difference. Buster is so eager to go to his appointment that we drags me to the door and we have to stop him jumping in the pool.
Sarah is really considerate of his needs and temperament and that just adds to his enjoyment. We are now able to walk distances that he wasnât able before.

Hydro paws is a clean, well equipped environment. Sarah is excellent with dogs making my dog comfortable and happy to swim. She gives them a shower after the swim.

Our Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla needed ongoing support following TPLO surgery on one side. We were determined that he would stay fit, mobile, happy and to avoid having to have the other side operated on. He had regular sessions with Sarah at Hydro Paws and did so well! He remained active and really nobody would have guessed he had had a problem! His sessions were tailored to his needs and he was so well looked after before, during and after sessions (warm shower) đđž
With the wonderful support he had from Hydro Paws, he proved everyone wrong - he did not require further surgery and for this we are very grateful!

Sarah is brilliant! I wish we had found Hydropaws sooner - She has been so patient and kind with our very nervous old boy. Itâs great to see an arthritic dog moving so freely in the water. The facilities are fab, and Sarah is so accommodating with session times too. Great to support a small business - Iâd 100% recommend!!

Sarah, has nothing but kindness, patience and understanding for the animals in her care. The improvement in our dog since going is amazing. Also she is very flexible will change the season on the day to how our dog is feeling that day.
