The staff make you so welcome, during our week in Keswick we called in for coffee etc most days and the staff always came for a chat and made a fuss of the dogs, by the time our holiday was over they were like friends.

I was there today with one of my dogs at a meet up with a great group of followers of Max out in the Lake District. Almost everyone had dogs with them and the staff just carry on serving , stepping over the dogs.
I first visited years ago when I had our three young grandchildren with me. A local shop with a cafe refused to make a sandwich without butter for my eldest grandchild so we left. Hope Park Cafe were so obliging we have visited regularly ever since usually with three dogs. They even provide an outdoor pool for our dogs on hot days.

We have over the years holidayed all over the country with our dog. This year we had a week in beautiful Keswick. I can honestly say I've never been to such a dog friendly place, EVER!! Hope Park café became our daily treat. Not just for the delicious food, drinks and outstanding staff but it's brilliantly dog friendly with an amazing menu for dogs. Infact we couldn't walk past without our dog dragging us in for his daily holiday treat. It was always a pleasure. Muddy boots and wet muddy dogs always welcome. 🐶🐾🐶

Whenever we visit Keswick we head straight for Hope Park but especially Cafe Hope for an amazing breakfast, but not just for me but also my Springer Spaniel Harley, he loves ordering from the doggie menu, served up in bowl, with a bowl if water too, Harley was even addressed as a gentleman on the last visit, so nice to feel so welcomed with my dog where nothing is too much trouble 😍🐾🐾🐶

A lovely and clean cafe situated in a beautiful park with stunning views. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a wide variety of freshly-made home cooked food from breakfasts, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads and amazing cakes! The separate dog menu is brilliant and from seeing lots of dogs visiting, they were all satisfied with their treats! We always visit when in Keswick and never disappointed!

The dogs are always made so welcome. It was really hot when we were in Keswick in June, the staff made sure that there was always fresh water available, they even had a paddling pool for the dogs to cool down in. They loved the doggie ice cream which they had several of over our weeks holiday.

Wonderful staff, good food and not one of the cafes who state they are dog friendly but in fact just tolerate dogs. Hope Park Cafe manage to serve food to customer tables whilst side stepping the numerous dogs lying happily on the floor, whether those dogs are dry, muddy or wet. Always time to chat to the dogs and the customers. Our dogs love being given the broken ice cream cones at the end of the day!

My go to place in Keswick. The dog menu is paw-some and given the statue of Max the Miracle Dog in Hope Park it's great for families with dogs. Water and snacks provided and a family cafe, especially when you have a dog!

I have been to Hope Park Games and Cafe with my three dogs when in Keswick on holiday on a few occasions now and found it to be extremely dog friendly .
The park itself is beautifully laid out and the cafe has a dedicated dog menu for ice cream etc .
There is plenty of water on hand too for them to drink.
It's a fantastic place to visit for all the family .
