It was our first holiday with our 10 month old puppy so we weren't sure how it would go in different surroundings away from home. We were left a 'dog pack' with towels, blankets, bowls and an 'on-holiday' tag. We were most grateful for the muddy paw wipes though. We definitely needed them with lots of walks in the area with great views. A steep climb from the cabin led to the High Peak Trail, which was worth the effort for the views and flat, even path where we met lots of cyclists.
Our cabin had an enclosed wooden verandah and we were even left a 'poo bin' by the gate which was a nice touch to avoid any smells in the cabin and saved a further away trip to the main bins.
Overall we would definitely recommend a stay here as the accommodation (for humans and dogs) is of a very high standard and was perfectly suited for our party which included a disabled lady and a 7 year old child as well as Bertie the pup! To find accommodation to fit all those criteria was a relief and shows the quality of the accommodation. Would definitely recommend to all.

Spotlessly clean and spacious with every thing you and your dogs could possibly need for your stay. Great place for walking and enjoying the scenery. We stayed to escape bonfire night and it worked a treat!!
I can highly recommend if your thinking of visting the area.

Lovey comfortable pods with great attention to detail for bringing your own pets. A welcome pack containing bedding and treats made sure dogs were made to feel comfortable and welcome! Great location too … just 10 minutes from the High Peak Trail so some great walking for doggies on the doorstep of Hoe Grange! Also very central to lots of interesting places to visit including Matlock!, Bakewell and Carsington! The owners were lovely and friendly too! I would highly recommend Hoe Grange for a dog friendly holiday in the beautiful Peak District!

We brought our then five month old puppy to Hoe Grange for a mid-week stay, the equipment supplied (basket, blankets, bowl and the option of a crate) was so helpful, it was so lovely to be able to gently introduce him to a farm environment. We’re looking forward to staying there again with him in the future!

Me and my partner stayed at Hoe Grange with our dog moose in one of their pods. We honestly had the bestest holiday and they thought about all the small details when it came to thinking about our dog.
