Hattie is so knowledgeable about a dogs needs & behaviour as well as being a delightfully friendly person. She has been there for us too as regards to boarding Willow when needed, she is a top trainer & l loves her job! & all the doggies 👍😍

Hatz off has helped us to learn how to read our boy, how to be better owners. We had many issues with Archie and Hatz off have guided us through, step by step, helping us to resolve them and enjoy our boy even more! When he stays with them he is happy, not stressed and comes home relaxed and more able to mix with other dogs (which is one of his difficulties).

I would recommend Hatz off dog training to anyone. Hattie is such a kind and caring person and our dog loves going there.
When we went on holiday for a week our dog boarded thier and we received daily updates and videos of him which put us at complete ease. Our dog came back happy and seemed to love his holiday too

I voted for Hatz Off Dog Training because they trained Archie with patience, consistency, and real understanding of his personality.
They didn’t just teach him commands, they helped build his confidence and improved his behaviour at home. The progress we saw was genuine and long‑lasting, and Archie absolutely loved his sessions

She has helped train and build confidence in my puppy chihuhua. She helps visit both my dogs at home one including a senior pug. My pug is blind and very challenging to walk, but she still takes home out to walk and provides him with enrichment during the day.
She has also helped reactive chihuahua with confidence on walks and within her daycare.
She is trusted and you can see the dogs welfare is her passion.

Hattie understands dogs like a whisperer. She met my rehomed and anxious cocker spaniel, immediately understanding what we could do to settle Kilda and make her happier. Hattie’s tricks and tips have meant that Kilda feels like a useful working dog again, rather than just a family pet and is so much less anxious. We had spoken to other trainers, none of whom could help Kilda. Hattie managed much more in a day that others had managed over weeks! She is simply amazing.

My reactive dog can be a handful and there are very few people I trust to handle him but Hattie is one of them. She treats the dogs like they are her own and taught us techniques which have been really valuable in our training journey. I would highly recommend Hattie!

Such a friendly, personal service where nothing is ever too much trouble. Mishka and Skyla are treated like part of the family and it really is their home away from home. So caring, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the dogs they look after. We always know our girls are in the very best hands. 🐾❤️

Hattie is a fantastic dog trainer and behaviourist who genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. She gives owners the knowledge and support they need to make progress, taking the time to understand behavioural issues and patiently explain how best to support and train their dogs.
