We absolutely adore fran and so does our little poppy, we love that she talks to her through out her appointment as poppy is a very anxious dog. We know fran treats her like a princess because she runs in and rolls over for a belly rub haha

Fran is incredible. She's groomed our 2 year old poochon Peach since her first puppy pamper. She's helped educate us on how to maintain Peach's coat at home and always does the most fantastic job on her groom. You can tell Peach adores her as she's always ready to give Fran a big kiss the second she sees her!

You will never find a more conscientious groomer than our Fran…my Tibetan Terrier adores her…she notes any hot spot, pimple or abrasion and bring it to my attention just in case I hadn’t noticed it…very careing and a fantastic groomer.

Was recommended to groomer by a family member and I have to say i will never go anywhere else. Fran is so caring and my little girl always comes out looking beautiful and relaxed. The shop is spotless and all precautions taken so it could re open with covid situation.

Fran has groomed Ronnie since he was a pup, he loves her and I wouldn't leave him with anyone else. He is a very anxious boy but she always puts him at ease.
He is always perfectly groomed and happy when I pick him up.

Fran has been our groomer for the last 2 years and always does a great job with out springer Blue. She always comes out looking well styled and smelling great. Compared with other groomers we’ve used in the past it is to such a higher standard. Additionally as soon as the government said groomers could open she had put a really good system in place which protected everyone (I am a nurse who was in the covid icu, and her logic of keeping people safe was so well thought out). She also worked overtime to ensure all her clients got a good groom.

She has very high standards, loves her job and loves our dogs and importantly Our dogs love her.
