Claire is fantastic, she's friendly towards dogs and humans, Daisy loves going there and also getting to see the other dogs there. When we walk past the shop, even if we're just passing by, she always tries to pop in and say hello!

I have tried a number of different groomers for my Norwich since his previous groomer retired. Claire was kind and patient with my dog, and kept me updated as to how she had to change approach with him, because of some previous botched jobs.

Claire is very good at her job, we have been to a few groomers over years and Claire can not only achieve the cut you ask for but our dogs love going. Such a calm friendly warm environment for them with lots of live and attention. I can leave them knowing they are in the best possible hands

Claire’s place is amazing for the dogs. Not only does she groom them but spends time afterwards out in the play area with the dogs, and it shows how happy they are upon collecting!

We took our 2 border terriers who were VERY overdue for a hair-do. She was welcoming and professional to us and our dogs. She did a wonderful job and friends remarked on how good they looked. We will be back there, no hesitation, as soon as they need attention again.
