All the staff especially the owners are so friendly and helpful. They put my dog first. For her first grooming session, they eased her in to it so carefully so as not to overwhelm or scare her. They are knowledgeable and always have time to stop, listen, help and give advice. Meg always looks lovely after her groom and always comes away with a healthy treat

My nervous dog is always treated very well when she goes to gallipots and she keeps calm when she is there , the owners and staff are all very nice and friendly and also knowledgeable in the goods that they sell. Definitely recommend them for dog grooming etc and alternative dog treats/ vitamins that they sell

Nothing is too much trouble for this store. The staff are so pleasant and knowledgeable. They stock a great range of products that you don't find anywhere else, and lots of natural food and eco-friendly toys. They know the ingredients in everything and can make suggestions for your breed of dog.

We have a very anxious dog. He would be so nervous going to the groomers and wouldn’t allow his nails to be touched. We switched groomers and over time Gallipots have increased his confidence and he is now at ease having a full groom in the salon.

Keep a very large variety of dog items. Lovely welcome to the dog when it goes in for grooming and the whole process is dog friendly in order to make it as least stressful for the dog as possible. They care about the dogs that go to them and each are treated for their individual needs in the grooming process.

I was told by a number of groomers that My 4 year old shitzu x Bert was aggressive. I found Gallipots and have never looked back. They are amazing people, their love of dogs is second to none and their patience and care for Bert had been truly amazing and very much appreciated. They also take care of my other Maltese cross Monty who is 13. Thank you to all at Galllipots and woof woof from Bert and Monty.

My dog is now 10 years old and he has previously struggled with groomers. He has been going to Gallipots for over a couple of years now, and loves it! He is happy to go and leaves happy! Staff are fantastic and full of advice and support for everything. I love the natural products of Gallipots as this helps his stomach, coat and now his joints. I would not go anywhere else.

Voted for Gallipots as although this is dog friendly awards they are also feline friendly mine got hurt last year and after her surgeries her fur got matted so I needed to get her groom she sadly lost her eye due to the accident and Gallipots treated her with so much care she came home like her old usual fluffy self and they really took care in her grooming I presume the same standard of treatments is also given to dogs also I can imagine they all return home just as clean and beautifully groomed as my Vienna did! They really do amazing and put the animals first in the care they provide and they’re extremely passionate with what they do! Well done Gallipots.
