This was our first time visiting the Doggie Diner. The staff were friendly to me but even more so to my dog, Max, asking his name and asking if it’s ok to give him a treat. The dog friendly menu they have was a pleasant surprise and much more than just plain biscuits. Our food - both mine and Max’s arrived quickly and all plates/bowls were empty at the end. The ladies providing service were great and Max will definitely be a return customer. 👍🏼

Also what stood out me was the amount of community, supportive or health, supportive signage and information all around their store from posters reminding customers to check their prostate health in the loo. To many other community initiatives. They clearly know their clientele, and who they are there to serve, and it’s clear to see how much the community appreciates them and loves

them back.

I’ve only ever been to Cromer twice, but it’s clear to see that this place, this business embodies, what community means and goes above and beyond for more than just the pups alone

I am disabled and along with my pup we love the ease of visiting and the menu is super. I sometimes can get overwhelmed in places. We took our two dachshunds for one of their 2nd birthday. What a great set up they have there. Water bowls were put down straight away. All the staff are so friendly and clearly loved dogs. Its not a quiet place to have a cuppa but all dog owners don't care if a dog is a bit barky.The customers all cooed over the other dogs.Its like a special club when you go in. You end up chatting to other dog owners. I thought the enclosed area is very useful so dogs can play in the pen. My Hugo was treated like a ViP on his birthday.

We don't go Cromer often but when our other dog turns two we will be back.

Even though it’s a dog cafe it is great for humans as well. The food is of a great standard for both humans and dogs. We take our six dogs and they treat us in the same way as if we had walked in with one dog. Nothing is too much trouble. Great welcome for dogs and people. Canine and human menu (lovely cake!); clean, bright and comfortable surroundings with nice outdoor seating too. They hold a Wednesday night Walkies along the promenade, which is a lovely way to socialise. They also have occasional educational events, and regular local canine charity promotion. They have an active Facebook page, and photos of dog visitors are posted daily, which is a nice touch. We are local, and Doggie Diner has a great community feel, as well as being a good dog-friendly cafe. Our 4 dogs love going there, and so do we. Highly recommended.
