Claire at Chow Bella provides a wonderful & friendly service. Communication is fantastic from discussing design ideas to being updated with the products journey being made through to being dispatched for delivery.
Claire also writes relevant and relatable e-mails that help connect from articles with dogs being remembered & updates on progress / updates on products including the go slow bowl, which is a fantastic concept. We wouldn’t purchase our personalised bowls from any where else as they are created with love and well packaged. Claire is really passionate creating each individual bowl and the initial story behind her creating the bowls is completely inspiring.

I’ve been buying spaniel bowls from ChowBella for many years, Other items which have been really amazing include a Bella mug which is kept for best because it’s so beautiful, I wouldn’t want to risk using it every day as it’s very precious to me, I have an adorable Christmas decoration of a spaniel looking up at Santa’s sleigh at night which goes as far up the tree as I can get and reminds me of a very wonderful blue-roan called Meg from years gone by. I think Meg & Bella had much in common being ever so big personalities with the naughtiness which you just couldn’t help but laugh at. Like Bella though Meg passed on over the rainbow bridge 2019. In one of Claire’s treat jars I keep various keepsakes. Her bowls have lasted so many years that’s how well made they are. What I particularly love is the slow eater version spaniel bowl that’s available now & I am looking forward to seeing the Confetti glaze, I have a golden cocker rescue and i’ve ordered slow eater spaniel bowl for him & a dachshund bowl for a gorgeous furry friend. I can’t recommend Claire’s practical art enough because they’re functional and the colours are bright and cheerful, the only problem being it is quite hard to choose which ones are your favourite there’s so many designs to choose from. Sometimes I wish Claire would choose for me :). maybe that’s an option for later.

have been ordering bespoke bowls from chow bella for the last 10 years - claire has always given great a customer service, she is friendly and helpful, she does all that is possible to give you and your pet that special item.. Her products are excellent quality, the range and choice is great. i have noticed that as things progress in the pet world, Claire has too, she has expanded her range to support this, even making your item extra special by offering a video service, so you can watch her making your item,. Her website and blogs keep you to date with the pet world and for me shows that she is more than just a person who makes bowls, she is passionate about animals as well. You still have a connection with her through her blogs and newsletters after your pruchase. I have recently bought another set of bowls - this time raised to suit my pets as they are now quite old. I have only had to buy new bowls and sauces as i fancied a change, the old ones are still in really good condition.
I vote for chow bella ltd as this business goes the extra mile, even after all these years, the commitment and passion to give the best is still there, a rare find in now days xt
