Our puppy German shepherd went to Charlie for his very first groom, and like every dog parents you get a little nervous on how they will get on. But our little bear was so well treated and came out bouncing with happiness. Charlie also send pictures of him after which I loved to see. Charlie is so friendly and professional I couldn’t recommend her more. Will not be taking our pup anywhere else.

Both my dogs have been attending charlie-bears since they were puppies and I recommend Chloe to anyone and everyone!!
After a negative experience elsewhere with my first puppy I was really nervous to try another groomers, a friend recommended I try Charlie-bears as Chloe sings to the dogs! That melted my heart so we gave it a try and have not looked back.
She settles my anxious pups with ease and is so talented I’m grateful every time we visit.

My doggie Arlo gets more excited when we tell him he’s going to see Chloe than what he does when I get home! He absolutely loves going for his groom and he’s always so well looked after and happy to go there to be pampered. Charlie Bears dog grooming is the best…. I wouldn’t take Arlo anywhere else 🫶🏻

This young lady, Chloe is a model owner and groomer, that anyone starting out should mimic.

Jess is quite a nervy girl, but she looked and smelt beautiful and full of confidence which assured me Jess was taken very well care of
