Joleen is all about dogs. Not just walks but health care, nutrition, activities and training. She is always learning and developing her own knowledge which she then shares with us and keeps us informed. A fabulous caring person who loves animals and does so much more behind the scenes.

Joleen will always go the extra mile for a pet owner, or any animal in need. Just one example, last year I was at Manchester airport waiting to board a plane for Canada when my grandson called to say that the very nervous little cat we had rescued had something very wrong with her throat. My husband couldn't handle her at all. A phone call to Joleen and all was sorted. She came straight to the house, caught the terrified cat, took her to the vet, and treatment for a horrible abscess was started. She took my grandson with her so that he hear the vet's advice etc., made the decision to give injections of antibiotics rather than tablets because she knew my husband wouldn't be able to administer them while I was away. She is an absolute star, I'm not even one of her walking clients but she is always ready to advise on dog issues. She 's always increasing her knowledge and skills about animals, a wonderful woman!
