Great experience with these guys, been back several times since our first visit. Our first visit was actually my dogs very first time swimming at all, and he isn’t the bravest, but they were great at getting him comfortable and confident and he loves it! Our dog also faces lots of judgement because of his breed but the team here treat him no different which for us also means the most!

They are so incredibly friendly and welcoming from even before you step through the gate. I immediately knew my dog was in fantastic hands and they made sure we were involved in the whole process. As the session went on you could tell that the James and Shannon had a real passion for dogs and it was incredibly heartwarming to see

The location is great. Away from roads, adequate parking and there's refreshments and toilets on site.
James is great with the dogs, giving them individual attention and ensuring all doggies get plenty of time to swim , and supporting those who are less confident. Sharing your slot helps affordability. Staff are very friendly. Love it!

James and his team are phenomenal they take so much care and love with all the dogs they swim with. Our dog used to hate water, few minutes of being in the pool with James and now we can't get him out. Given our dog so much enrichment.

Our GSD absolutely loves going swimming at canine dip! From the minute we drive down the drive he squeals and doesn’t stop till we are there. He is also the last dog out of the pool and won’t leave till everyone else does! So glad we found canine dip!

The staff are so friendly and understanding, since the xl bully ban we’ve struggled with some businesses allowing our dog at all so we were really grateful they accepted Ronnie, they gave him so much love and attention and it’s one of the best things we’ve done with him he really enjoys it and is knackered by the end of the session! The whole set up is so well run, with excellent facilities and the wellbeing and enjoyment of the animals in mind, the Staff helped our dogs and us too, Thank you guys for a wonderful session. Our dog loved it, our daughters' dog was nervous initially but the staff were generous with their encouragement and praise and he had a great swim too. (we did it first in Norfolk and prayed that there would be a Franchise near to our home) Well done to the Team at Sevenoaks, and the café at the venue was lovely to visit too!

What a wonderful place !!! The experience is great from start to finish. Lovely setting, lovely staff, dog loved it and I did too( i got in and had an amazing experience with my dog jumping in towards me and swimming around me ), went to very nearby cafe afterwards, live music too.

So much fun! James was brilliant - caring for the dogs and holding them if they were nervous. There were plenty of toys in the pool. The enclosure was secure and safe. Dog safety was always paramount, but not at the expense of FUN for dogs and hoomans alike. Inexpensive party fun for doggies. Just brilliant!

So very very patient with my dog and so encouraging. Barney is a bit worried each time but is never forced to swim. He always ends his session very happy and going in to the water on his own. Hattie absolutely loved swimming at Dip and Dive Sevenoaks. A lovely big pool which caters for dog pool parties or solo swims. Owners can join them in the water too making it a wonderful experience.

I took Gunther initially to help build him up following an illness and he wasn't too sure about getting in. James was so encouraging and kind with him that by the end of the session Gunther was happily running in. I have continued to take him as often as I can as he really loves it now and I was very touched when we turned up following his birthday and Happy Birthday banners had been hung around the pool. Both Gunther and I really look forward to our sessions
