They are fantastic with my rescued Shih Tzu Cookie he was scared when I first took him, they use an holistic approach taking time to introduce different tools and equipment used to groom. I now take Cookey every 8 week and he loves to go he is so relaxed, the staff genuinely love him along with my old girl Maddy who is 13yrs she has extras like Reiki for her joints all the staff are so caring and loving they deserve the award I would give them 10 Stars.

Absolutely amazing grooming parlour, They take extra care in looking after your dog as if they were their own. Getting to know their personality and working up their confidence. Training them to behave in the salon for a safe experience for both the dog and groomer. They work extremely hard and have amazing reviews on Facebook and by word of mouth. Their puppy university for young pups is brilliant as they teach your babies to become desensitized to the grooming environment so when your pup gets groomed it's like a walk in the park- nice and easy.

Best dog groomers I have ever been too... the staff are brilliant and they do exactly what you ask for... they all make my dog feel at ease and calm.. best one by far...

Absolutely amazing Groomers, 100% holistic. No use of crates and open planned salon is an amazing idea. I love taking my Jet here for her pamper sessions as she also gets to socialise with other dogs. Always comes out wagging her tail and smelling lovely

Me and my partner takes our dog here, always leaves so happy and looking great. We like the fact that they don’t use cages and only use all natural shampoos.

Super friendly staff that are amazing at not only grooming different breed of dogs but also comforting new clients as well as helping pups/older dogs to train, learn tricks and continue any training they may currently be going through!!They follow what customers would like, and the dogs come out looking amazing and wanting to return!!Rather than it been a daunting experience for new customers it is a friendly environment building the confidence of dogs for their next visit?Highly reccomend
