We have stayed here twice now and although we don’t have a dog at the moment this is the place we would bring a dog to. The open spaces and the hosts are so dog friendly.

Lovely place to stay! Definitely looking to go back as the hosts are welcoming and scenery is amazing. Still missing Basel Cottage and I have been back home for 4 months haha! Recommend 100%. Ernie our schnauzer had a blast too!

The welcome for dogs is outstanding and there are enclosed areas for dogs to run free. On top of that there is 17 acres of land (a mix of woods, river, open fields and enclosed gardens) for pets to have a holiday of a lifetime! Water bowls are offered for our dogs. There are welcome treats (with owner approval) for our loved animals and for those who want to, there is plenty of opportunities for guest dogs to play with the owners dogs who are really sociable. It really is a doggy holiday!!

It is so dog friendly as you have 17 acres for your dogs to explore, Sue and Jonah are great hosts and think of everything for you and your dogs to enjoy in the lovely cottage.

This really is a home from home both for us and our dogs. Secure fencing acres of grounds including woodlands to explore make it the best dog friendly accommodation we have found. The hosts, Jonah and Sue do sverything to make sure your holiday is a great experience.

Omg, this place is so dogfriendly. The grounds that are secure for off lead dog walks, the fabulous hosts and the hom from home cottage. You just never want to leave!
