Michelle was amazing when I was admitted to hospital suddenly and my reactive dog was alone at home. She used such sensible approaches and prioritised helping him feel safe with her and help him understand he wasn’t being permanently taken away. By the end of my 4 day stay he was happily leaping into her van for adventures. As a qualified behaviourist myself I was hugely impressed.
