The Dog Friendly team telephone every venue at least once a year to ensure that they are dog friendly – we ask detailed questions, for example, for our hotels database our questions include: how many dogs are allowed, do they charge extra for dogs (and if so how much), can dogs be left in the room and even whether or not the hotel proprietor owns a dog!
